Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient and effective inventory management system.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are optimal and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is required.
