Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director and Strategic Leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  4. Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 12 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and sales revenue.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in sales strategy and team management.
  3. Active BC license in good standing for Real Estate Trading Services is considered an asset.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on coaching and development.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
