Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and business development initiatives that align with our company's overall strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales and business development metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
