Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, leading a team of front desk staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service and ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
