Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, coordinate and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, and a team player.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
