Job Summary

Bell 720 Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food preparation methods and menu pricing
  • Monitor and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other software applications
