Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and implement effective promotional strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and point-of-sale systems.
