Restaurant Operations Manager

Bell 720 Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical skills.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
