We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team at Rob's No Frills. As a Store Clerk, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and support store staff to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Delegate and prioritize workload for efficient store operation.
  • Oversee the receiving, handling, and storing of products to optimize results.
  • Ensure pricing integrity and maintain store cleanliness to specified standards.
  • Manage product rotation as required to maintain quality.
  • Effectively merchandise according to advertising and promotional programs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A team player with an attention for detail.
  • Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
  • Motivated to learn new things.
  • Demonstrated understanding of critical success factors for the No Frills concept.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated Customer focus.
  • Ability to manage people.
  • Ability to work with minimal functional direction.
  • Must be able to lift using work safe guidelines.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift.
