Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care, making resident rounds, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine nursing care to residents, including making beds, cleaning bedside tables, and ensuring water pitchers are filled and within reach.
  • Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
  • Verify the identification of residents before administering nursing care or serving food to ensure accurate care is provided.
  • Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel and residents.
  • Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
  • Ability to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and hostile people.
