Certified Nursing Assistant

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the Charge Nurse or RN Supervisor.
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience while enrolled in a CNA certification class.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously with others and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting.
