Job Title: Program Administrator

The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Program Administrator. This position will provide administrative support for the Hearings Office, peer coaches, and physiotherapists participating in coaching programs, as well as the Patient Relations Committee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the Hearings Office, including scheduling hearings, coordinating with committee members, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with compliance monitoring activities, including coordinating practice assessments and scheduling cautions.
  • Support the Patient Relations Committee, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Provide general administrative support, including updating records, overseeing payments, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of relevant experience working in a dynamic office environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office suite and case management tools.
