About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Super 8. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring all necessary taxes and deductions are applied.
  • Generate professional invoices for clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Perform complex financial calculations, including costing and budgeting, to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and record systems, adhering to company standards.
  • Assist with general office duties, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Organize and manage inventory efficiently, minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Compile and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insightful recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
