We are a dynamic and growing company that values innovation and excellence in all aspects of our operations. As a Records Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business goals by providing accurate and timely data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Conduct thorough reviews of our administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Compliance: Set clear priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Assemble and Analyze Data: Gather and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform Data Entry and Training: Enter data accurately and efficiently, and train staff on new procedures and systems to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Oversee and Coordinate Office Operations: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Resolve Conflict Situations: Address and resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Continuously monitor and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Urban area
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
  • Experience: Experience an asset
