Records Analyst

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. As a Records Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.
Key Responsibilities- Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Analyze and assess existing procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Compliance: Set priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assemble Data and Prepare Reports: Collect and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
- Perform Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Train and Support Staff: Provide guidance and training to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversee and Coordinate Office Administrative Procedures: Supervise and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Resolve Conflict Situations: Address and resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Regularly review and assess performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: English
