About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Analyst to join our team at Cozy Living Suites Inc. as a key member of our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Conduct thorough reviews of new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our company's standards and requirements.
  • Establish Work Priorities: Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Procedures are Followed and Deadlines are Met: Monitor and enforce adherence to established procedures and deadlines to ensure that administrative tasks are completed on time.
  • Assemble Data and Prepare Reports: Gather and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform Data Entry: Enter data into our systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Oversee and Coordinate Administrative Procedures: Supervise and coordinate the implementation of administrative procedures to ensure they are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Resolve Conflict Situations: Address and resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
