About Cozy Living Suites Inc.

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. As a Records Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Conduct thorough reviews of our administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Compliance: Set clear priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining the highest level of compliance and accuracy.
  • Assemble and Analyze Data: Gather and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and Coordinate Office Administrative Procedures: Supervise and coordinate the implementation of administrative procedures, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Resolve Conflict Situations: Effectively manage and resolve conflict situations, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Continuously monitor and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Urban area
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
