Service Advisor

FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and inspecting their vehicles
- Scheduling appointments for service and maintenance work
- Advising customers on necessary services and costs
- Following the status of customer vehicles from service bay entry to completion
- Providing ongoing customer communication and updates
- Reviewing work orders with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive
- Service writing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Love for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
