Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon. As the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and inspect their vehicles to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Advise customers on necessary and suggested services, providing clear and transparent communication on costs and options.
  • Monitor the status of customer vehicles from service bay entry to completion, keeping customers informed of progress and any changes.
  • Review work orders with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is an asset.
  • Service writing experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to manage multiple customers and tasks.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is a must.
  • A valid Class 5 Ontario Driver's License is required upon employment.
