- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
