We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Amaya Natural Foods. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing the office budget.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, including providing regular updates and reports.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including preparing materials, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
