About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Advantage Communications, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients in both English and French, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
