Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients in both English and French, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
