The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. As a Project Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating project planning, creating detailed project plans and managing timelines and deliverables according to those plans.

You will also be responsible for identifying, monitoring and resolving project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints and dependencies, communicating and reporting project progress as required, chairing project meetings and facilitating scrum activities such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a post-secondary degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and relevant project management certifications. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager using the Waterfall methodology/best practices and minimum 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master.

Proven experience running medium to large-size projects or large work packages, preferably information technology projects and within the financial services industry, is essential. You should also have solid experience with MS Project and Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

As a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, you will be able to adapt your project management style to meet the needs of the project assigned and have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages and considering the location and requirements of the position.
