Our team is partnering with Metrolinx to deliver the GO Expansion program, a major transit infrastructure project in Canadian history.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Corridor Lead to ensure the best outcomes for the coordinated team. This position is part of the Metrolinx Program Team, formed with MCS and Metrolinx teams to deliver the GO Expansion program.

The PM will take ownership of projects and scope under their control, as designated by the Corridor Lead. They will drive a culture of best practice for health, safety, wellbeing, and quality across the programme. They will engage with project delivery teams to understand positives and negatives, and work with the teams to develop resolutions that are best for the programme.

  • Supports the Corridor Lead in leading a major multi-disciplinary team.
  • Safety leader across all project delivery works.
  • Proactive approach to engaging with project delivery teams.
  • Understands key performance indicator monitoring and engagement.
  • Understands resource management, interface, and constraints management.
  • Manages activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
  • Supports the Project Controls Centre to maintain up-to-date metrics on performance.
  • Recommends and initiates change to project delivery plans.
  • Interacts with clients and other stakeholders to ensure objectives are being met.
  • Manages external relationships important for project delivery.
  • Builds and maintains networks with peer project teams and other disciplines.
  • Supports the development and delivery of implementation plans.
