Project Delivery Coordinator

About the Role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering project sub-components and projects. This role will focus on supporting the delivery of projects through effective coordination and delivery of assigned sub-components.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the delivery of projects through effective coordination and delivery of assigned sub-components within overall projects.
- Delivers Connected Building projects by researching and liaising with vendors to obtain quotes, creating purchase orders, and onboarding to BGIS vendor system.
- Develops cost estimates for assigned non-technical projects and determines resource requirements.
- Develops schedules and monitors progress against timelines.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with vendors and monitors work progress to ensure completion.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of project administration work experience or administrative work experience with a Community college diploma or equivalent training.
- Administrative, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Project coordination abilities along with proven experience in coordinating the end-to-end delivery of project sub-components.
- Proven ability to deliver projects, prepare cost estimates, create project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
