Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at AMANDINE BAKERY & PASTRY. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing clear and concise information to management and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will also be responsible for working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements and Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
