We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at our Fort Saskatchewan facility. As a key member of our Engineering group, you will play a crucial role in leading continuous improvement projects with a focus on quality, process, and product enhancements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with plant health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
  • Liaise with the quality department to lead specific improvement projects, supporting new product launches.
  • Provide technical expertise to maintenance and production teams, facilitating equipment inspections and maintenance according to applicable codes and standards.
  • About You:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a continuous manufacturing/process environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, registered with APEGA or eligible for PEng.
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles is an asset, as is understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO9001).
