As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing close relationships with our clients, primarily in Canada, through phone contacts and remote meetings. You will have a wide variety of toys to sell in chains such as pharmacies, hardware stores, specialty shops, and online stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet's commercial offer
  • Achieve and even surpass the set sales targets
  • Establish close relationships with clients through phone contacts and remote meetings
  • Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients
  • Participate in marketing events such as trade shows

What We Are Looking For:

  • DEP or DEC in sales or any other related field or experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written
  • Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Meticulous in time management
  • Persuasive, motivated, and able to refute objections
  • Ambitious and proactive, results-oriented
