Sales Professional

Groupe Ricochet is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the toy import and distribution sector in Canada, with a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing close relationships with our clients, primarily in Canada, through phone contacts and remote meetings. You will have a wide variety of toys to sell in chains such as pharmacies, hardware stores, specialty shops, and online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet's commercial offer
- Achieve and even surpass the set sales targets
- Establish close relationships with clients through phone contacts and remote meetings
- Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows
What We Are Looking For:
- DEP or DEC in sales or any other related field or experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written
- Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Meticulous in time management
- Persuasive, motivated, and able to refute objections
- Ambitious and proactive, results-oriented
