Director of Sales

Truleo is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director of Sales. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the law enforcement industry and be able to leverage their expertise to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individual territory plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the law enforcement industry
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
