Your Role as a Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing close relationships with clients through phone contacts and remote meetings, acting as an ambassador for our commercial offer, and achieving and surpassing set sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value of our products.
  • Participate in marketing events, such as trade shows, to promote our products and services.
  • Utilize Oracle NetSuite ERP software to track client interactions and sales performance.
Requirements
  • DEP or DEC in sales or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written, as our clients are primarily English and French speaking.
  • Experience in toy/leisure sales is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
