About the Role

The Real Estate Finance Specialist will be responsible for providing financial support to the development team. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day matters, and reporting on internal development properties.

Key Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Further education or working towards accreditations, enrollment in CPA program with proven progression through the program.
  • Minimum of one year in development or corporate accounting experience required.
  • Knowledge of ASPE or other generally accepted accounting principles is an asset.
