Responsibilities
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results.
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience.
Qualifications
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and can travel by car.
  • Bonus if you love learning about Real Estate Investment properties.
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
  • Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred.
Compensation

$75,000 - $250,000
