Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Royal Paan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring our restaurant operates within the law.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and driving sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant.

Work Details: This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
