Job Summary

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
