Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at The Canadian Brewhouse Banff.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and heating and finishing simple food items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
