Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ghost by Medium Rare Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
