About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team at LANDR. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage, retain, and maximize the value of our customer base throughout their journey with our company.

You will collaborate closely with the Product and Product Marketing teams to build strong engagement and conversion programs. Your passion for music and empowering creators will be essential in driving our marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns to various customer segments
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns from initial concept through to execution, developing detailed briefs, establishing content and messaging guidelines, architecting campaign frameworks, and segmenting audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market strategies and product launches, ensuring that marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with broader business goals
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, organize, and refine campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure success, provide actionable insights, and relay to stakeholders
  • Enhance segmentation and content personalization strategies by leveraging deep user insights and comprehensive business data
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory requirements in marketing and sales, ensuring that all strategies are not only effective but also compliant with the latest standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools like Customer.IO and Email Service Providers is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL legislation
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Liquid
  • Project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
