Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Marketing to join our Global Publishing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive user acquisition for our console and PC games.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global marketing strategies, including market research, target audience analysis, brand positioning, and promotional plans to generate user acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the global game release plan.
- Oversee the overall planning, creative design, and production of user acquisition materials for global distribution projects, accountable for advertising efficiency metrics.
- Plan and organize global marketing events, including trade shows, media activities, social media promotions, etc., to increase game awareness and sales.
- Leverage creator programs to amplify user acquisition plans.
- Over 5 years of experience in user acquisition deployment for console or PC games, covering the entire lifecycle of game deployment.
- Experience in global game channel deployment and user growth, or experience related to brand and market penetration growth with budget management.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience and ability in data analysis.
- Creative content ability, with experience in game creativity and execution.
- Fluent in English.
- Requires international travel.
We offer a competitive salary range of $99,600 to $182,260 per year, as well as a sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as eligibility to participate in our 401(k) plan and accrue vacation leave, paid holidays, and sick leave.
