Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team at LANDR. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to engage, retain, and maximize the value of our customer base throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns to various customer segments
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns from initial concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market strategies and product launches, ensuring seamless integration with broader business goals
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights
  • Enhance segmentation and content personalization strategies by leveraging deep user insights and comprehensive business data
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory requirements in marketing and sales, ensuring all strategies are effective and compliant

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Customer.IO and Email Service Providers is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL legislation
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Liquid
  • Project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
