Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with clients to ascertain their needs
  2. Design, develop, and implement business solutions through information systems
  3. Advise on strategies, policies, management, and service delivery for information systems
  4. Evaluate physical and technical security vulnerabilities related to data, software, and hardware
  5. Create policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate security breach impacts
  6. Formulate and enforce policies and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle
  7. Conduct assessments to evaluate quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  8. Utilize automated or other testing tools to ensure product quality
  9. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
  10. Document and execute results of software application tests and telecommunications systems tests
Certifications and Qualifications:
  1. Microsoft Dynamics Certification
  2. Microsoft SQL Certification
  3. Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Certification
Technical Proficiencies:
  1. Business intelligence

  3. SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
