We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at IPEX. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a corporate office environment with long periods of sitting.
  • May be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required.
