Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer, Enterprise Platforms to join our team. As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This will involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.

You will work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units to ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems. Your goal will be to enhance data flow and business processes, while also providing technical support to platform users and resolving issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and how enterprise platforms and systems support these processes. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We are looking for a candidate who is agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in your field and contribute to the growth and development of individuals within a specific area of digital expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
  • Provide technical support to platform users and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of individuals within a specific area of digital expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.
  • Demonstrated experience in specific area of digital capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., SF, CPI, SAC, XML, Azure Dev Ops, ALM test tool, Service Now ticketing tool.
