Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Esso - White court is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Work Environment:

As a Recruitment Officer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
What We Offer:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
