Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Esso - White court. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's operational needs are met.
  • Notice Preparation: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent and promote the company's brand.
  • Applicant Guidance: Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and determine the best fit for the company.
  • Result Notification: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers for successful candidates.
  • Eligibility Determination: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Work Environment

The Recruitment Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be accurate, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
