Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Esso - White court. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine recruitment requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
