About the Role:

The Site Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the scope of work at our client site. As a point of contact for the client, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and other Site Supervisor peers to ensure that Alpine meets its contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee performance to ensure high productivity and employee engagement
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
  • Use technology to lead and manage team members, including Dayforce and OrangeQC
  • Ensure performance standards are met and complaints are addressed
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure follow-up

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a supervisory or management role required
  • Work experience or knowledge of the Building Maintenance Service industry is required
  • Union experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in people management, either in a prior management role or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
