Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Participate in the hiring, training, and development of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to employees to promote a positive and productive work environment.
    • Ensure that performance standards are met and complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the scheduling and supervision of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Ensure that all facilities are maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Monitor and report on maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on facility operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the building maintenance industry.
    • Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and the Site Supervisor must be able to work in a variety of settings, including offices, facilities, and construction sites. The Site Supervisor must also be able to walk or use other mobility options to move around the facility.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a 10-minute phone discussion, a 30-minute hiring manager interview, and a 1-hour site visit. References will also be checked as part of the hiring process.
