Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve issues promptly, making informed decisions that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory or management role, with a strong background in facilities management or a related field.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or facilities management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to work in a variety of settings and adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be required to work in a large facility, with frequent walking and mobility required.

Interview Process
  • Phone Screening: A 10-minute phone screening will be conducted to assess the candidate's qualifications and experience.
  • Interview: A 30-minute interview will be conducted with a member of our management team.
  • Site Visit: A 1-hour site visit will be conducted to assess the candidate's ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
