About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Answer and forward calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage lobby and meeting rooms to ensure a seamless and productive experience for our clients
  • Perform various administrative and general office duties as required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (required)
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Confidence using various phone and computer systems
