Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Answer and forward calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage lobby and meeting rooms to ensure a seamless and productive experience for our clients
- Perform various administrative and general office duties as required
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English (required)
- High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Confidence using various phone and computer systems
