Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a standout client experience.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
* Answer and forward calls and emails
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and deliveries
* Manage lobby and meeting rooms
* Perform various administrative and general office duties
Requirements:
* Fluency in both French and English (required)
* Confidence using various phone and computer systems
* High school diploma — post-secondary education is a bonus
